None Presentations: Each participant is expected to prepare and share a favorite dish, along with the story, tradition, or memory that makes it meaningful. Location: Foxtail 2, Senior Center, Class Limit 21

In this warm and welcoming 8-week Front Range Forum course, each participant will bring a favorite home-cooked dish to share - along with the story, tradition, or memory that makes it meaningful. Each week, three participants will present their dish, invite others to taste it, and lead a conversation about the dish’s personal or cultural background. All dishes should be prepared at home ahead of time, with ingredients clearly listed to help those with allergies. Please follow standard food safety guidelines.

Class time will also include a bit of light, hands-on food exploration to spark curiosity and conversation. These short, interactive activities - sometimes playful, sometimes thought-provoking - offer a chance to explore ingredients, cooking traditions, or flavor profiles in a fun and engaging way. At its heart, this course is about connection - through food, memory, and shared experience. It blends storytelling, cultural exchange, and the fun of tasting each other’s traditions. Participants should bring any needed serving utensils (paper and plastic are fine).

Each presenter will also be asked to bring printed copies of their recipe to give to the participants. Because the heart of this course is community, we hope all participants will stay engaged throughout the 8 weeks. If you love good food, good stories, and good company, we’d love to have you at the table.
