Understanding Air Quality and How to Protect Yourself

Air quality can have a big impact on our health. Join researchers from Colorado State University for a presentation on what air pollutants are, where they come from (including wildfire smoke), and how they affect you. You’ll also learn why older adults may be more vulnerable and what simple steps you can take to protect yourself.

The session will include a short panel presentation, an interactive demonstration, and time for your questions.
